Version 4.1.0 ready for release

The latest version of Data Entrée's Foodservice Distribution Software, v. 4.1.0, is ready for deployment. We will be rolling it out to our clients the week of March 22 - 26.

New features include:

• Print Preview Drill-Down Options - When viewing many reports in the print preview screen, you can now click on invoices, ledger codes, etc., and view the detail behind the report item in a convenient pop-up form. This allows you to view the detail behind the figures on a given report before you even print the report.
• Quick access to online documentation through a new option under the Help menu.
• G/L Activity Report - A new report which allows you to view all activity impacting a particular ledger code for a specified date range.
• The Load Sheets and Pick Lists now display the vendor item number in addition to your item number to make it easier for warehouse staff to identify items.
• The Open Orders Inquiry now displays the extended invoice amount when the Customer or Item option is selected.
• Many of the grids in various forms and inquiries have been modified for better readability.
