May 20, 2005
The latest version of Data Entrée's Foodservice Distribution Software, v. 4.1.26, has been tested and is being deployed.
New features include:
- An Interim Balance Sheet has been added to the Interim Financial Statements - You can now run an interim balance sheet at any time for any date after the last period close, along with the interim income statement.
- POs for backhaul/pickup are now listed on the Route Cover Sheet. - When a PO has been assigned for pickup on a route, the PO information will be printed on the Route Cover Sheet below the scheduled deliveries.
- Item/Customer Report now shows GP Dollars. - The Item/Customer Sales Report has been modified to display the gross profit dollars next to the gross profit percentage.
- The A/P Memo field now displays on the G/L Activity Report and Inquiry - When you run the General Ledger Activity Report or the Inquiry it will display any information entered in the Memo field on the A/P Entry form, and the vendor name has also been added on that line.
- New Date Input Form for Negotiated Inventory - When specifying a date range for a negotiated price, clicking in the Date column on the Negotiated Inventory Form will bring up a new input form to enter the dates.
- Interim Income Statement now ties to Sales Journal - The Interim Income Statement had originally been written so that it included open invoices in its activity. This has been changed so that it includes only posted invoices and thus ties to a Sales Journal Report for the same period.
- Problem with balancing A/P Entries fixed - There was a rounding inconsistency in the A/P Entry Form which occasionally caused the form to warn that the entry was out of balance even though it wasn't. This has been fixed.
